How to style a white kurti?
Going on with this styling series, this is the third look that I compiled. I feel like I want to do a series by just changing one piece of the outfit to make it look very different. This time I swapped the denim jacket with a pink shawl and this has made all the difference. From that cool, sashy indo-western look, the shwal transforms it into a really girly outfit. The bright pink color just adds a pop of color in the gloomy winter and makes it look so girly.
So, grab a shwal and and tie the outfit together.

How to style a kurti in winter?
As it's starting to feel cold here, I feel like we all throw our white kurti somewhere in the closet as I always used to do. This year, I came to a thought"Why not style these in winter!" and thus comes this post. So, I'll be talking about how to style kurti in autumn/winter. I wore a light denim pants with dark denim jacket. Just throw on a pair of black heels and the bright pink lips. And that's it. I think it's warm, comfortable and cool!
See how I style it other way here and here (summer).

Embroidery Shwal !!
Keeping up with the embroidery trend, I tried to add its touch in my ethnic wear as well. So, I borrowed an embroidered maroon shwal from my mother's wardrobe and made it the star of the show. The embroidered shwals have always been on trend in winter and this year is no exception. Pairing black jeans with white kurti that I think is a basic that almost everyone one owns, just make your shwal do all the talking. Just put on a pair of black heels and you're good to go. This is a great way to keep yourself warm while adding a touch of trend to your outfit.
I am absolutely in love with the shwal.

Crazy winter trend 2017
Hi everyone,
This summer has been huge with the boho theme and I absolutely loved it then. And going with the boho theme, off shoulder and cold shoulder tops and dresses were a major hit. But as we are progressing towards the winter, I am seeing some crazy trend. To me, they seem rather abnormal and I am talking about none other than off shoulder jackets and sweaters. The phrase itself sounds so abnormal to me.

What I feel is if you feel cold enough to wear a jacket or sweater, you would definitely get the chills on your shoulder wearing this. Maybe you could pull it off by layering it over some turtleneck sweaters, but this trend sounds so weird to me.
Be sure to share what you think of this trend.

Sewing Inspirations!!!
Hello all,
I love dresses and I am happy to say that I learnt sewing a little while ago. So, being a beginner sewist and lover of dresses, there are obviously some inspirations of mine. I must admit these seem like a real beginner things. I know all of these are challenges for me but still, I love these.

Hiking - Shivapuri hill !!
Hi everybody,
This is a throwback to the fun time I had about a year back. After our final examinations of second year, we had 2 months long break. We planned and actually went to Shivapuri Hill one day.
I went for a comfy outfit as we had to climb the hill straight for around 3-4 hours.
Enjoy!!

A Glimpse of Wedding Culture; Fun Unlimited (Part I)
Hello fellas,
Hope you all are having rocking time. I can guess. With summer approaching, you all must be ready with your comfy shorts and dresses, aren't you?
Now,let me tell you. I just attended wedding of my relative. I feel really embarrassing to tell but the guy who got married is my 'SON' in relation. Can you believe it? And after all, I am mother of more than 10 people, most of them being older than me. LOL :D Relations are complicated and in our country it's more than just complicated and it's fun.
Wedding in our country is a two days celebration. This time I'm gonna share what the first day is like. The relatives and family members of groom go to the bride's place and the whole mass of people is known as 'Janta". They go there and celebrate and have delicacies as well that the bride side has offered. While the bride-groom were busy with the ritual, we relatives have fun and you will see how much fun in the pictures. Red is considered to be good when it comes to weddings and I also went for the same. You can see me in the red Kurtha. You can guess the amount of fun I had,so much fun that I even forgot to click my single photo. Don't forget to share what you think of the pictures lovely people.
Now,here are the pictures.
Enjoy.
